I called on a Sunday, they were out by Tuesday after a holiday weekend. I was impressed by the speed they were able to get a crew out. The coach lights installed look great on the house. Communication was very good as we went through the process. It ended up being longer than they were initially anticipating but both the office and lead electrician kept us informed and were good to work with. Nice work and definitely recommend and would use them again.

I had installed a new doorbell, and it was not drawing power. I called the professionals at HR Phoenix, and not only were they professional, fast, and courteous, but Jay found an issue with how the old doorbell was wired. He fixed the entire issue, our doorbell works, and I will be a repeat customer, as well as referring others to them for any electrical needs!

I had David Luttrell install lights and camera's. He returned my calls promptly, arrived at my residence on time...was friendly, courteous, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend him, and will definitely use him again....nice to find someone who doesn't mind small jobs, shows up on time and is reasonable.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
