HR Phoenix Electrical & Plumbing Electrician
I highly recommend HR Phoenix for any small to high level electrical work. The staff is extremely professional and willing to work with you on anything you may need. A neighbors tree fell on our power line and caused damaged to line and meter box outside our house. Paul, the owner, came by and examined the damage to ensure my family was safe first off, which earned my trust immediately. Once the damage was assessed, he worked with me and provided any support I needed while filing the claim with the insurance company. I felt no pressure as we waited for the claim to process. Once the work started, his staff portrayed the same professionalism and knowledge. My wife was extremely pleased as they were so respectable to trying to keep the noise as low as possible and warning before anything may get a little loud as we have a 2 week old baby at home. They worked long hours to get the job done with as little down time possible, concerned for the baby needing the AC for these hot Texas days. My neighbor also hired HR Phoenix to do a total home re-wire job and are extremely pleased as well.

Wilson Home Services Plumbing, AC & Electrical Electrician
Wilson Home Services was terrific for us. We had trouble getting a faucet set from a local supply store (it was 8 days late), but Wilson worked with us (Jennifer was really helpful and daily kept making a spot for us on the schedule in case it came in). When the faucet set finally arrived, they were here on the double. Lyle and Josh took us through each step, gave us a more-than-fair estimate, installed a second faucet for us, and made two bathrooms function (and look) so much better! Their work was performed in a timely manner and professionally. We highly recommend them.

Comfort Experts Inc. Electrician
Scott B is such a professional! He's down to earth and knows his stuff. We hate when our AC or heater acts up but always happy to see Scotty at the door. The ladies at the office are always nice and willing to help. We had our AC fan motor burn out today and I've got an 8 month pregnant wife. They had a tech come after business hours at 8:00 to get us back up and running- wow! Service and quality like that is hard to find now a days. Thanks Hobson/Comfort Experts and Scottie Baker!

Walker Air Plumbing Electric Electrician
I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
