Best Duct System in Fort Worth TX
We called 24-7 Electrical Services today because we wanted to add a light in our new home. Mike was awesome! He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He gave us several options to choose from. Once we decided on the best choice for us, Mike went to his supplier and picked up the items he needed. He then came right back and completed the job, all in the same day. Highly recommend Mike & 24-7 electrical Services!

I really enjoyed the service of AA A/C. My a/c went out the morning of 8/21 and the heat in my home woke me. I was referred to Angies list and received a few calls on my problem. Of all the referrals I chose AA A/C due to their reviews and reasonable cost. Fredy came right out diagnosed the problem with my a/c and fixed it. He actually took the time to show me the specs of the problem. His attitude was friendly and professional and also made great recommendation of preventative problems and future upgrades. I have lived in my home for over 25 years and have not EVER received this type of service (and believe me I have had several a/c companies work on my AC unit. I would highly recommend this company. They were Awesome.

Mariano was wonderful! Super helpful getting my EV charger uninstalled from my previous home and installed in my current home. Everything looked slick and works great! Very happy with how it turned out.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
