We had an issue with a light switch in our basement, so I called Sundog to help with that. Austin quickly diagnosed the problem, then asked if there was anything else he could help with within the hour. He fixed another small issue for us, and was on his way. Again, friendly, efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend Sundog!

Cost me 200 dollars to have a switch replaced. My fault for not asking about their pricing before they came out. Took less than 10 minutes. Their minimum service charge is a lot more than other places. A friend of mine recommended them and I figured he wouldnt recommend a place that would rip me off. I was wrong. Called another company (after the fact unfortunately) and their basic service trip charge is 90 dollars. The standard is 90-100 and these crooks charge twice that. Use at your own risk.

We chose Matt and Co to swap out our old service panel for a more capable and safer one as well as add in a junction where more power was needed. Chris and his team did a great job on our hot tub installation. We had to run electricity from the house to the detached garage, and they did a good job working with the existing panels we had, and got our tub up and running pretty quickly. They are extremely reliable and professional, and quoted me a very fair price for their services. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any of our electrical needs in the future. I was on i76 this afternoon when this idiot that works for or is this company decided to start tailgating me for no obvious reason except for being an idiot, now noticed him when I got on the highway tailgating another vechile. If this is example of their personnel I hate to see their work. A word of advice if you're going to drive like and IDIOT DON'T DO IT IN A COMPANY VECHILE.

My experience with Tom at South Metro Electric has been poor, to say the least. He missed 3 appointments to come to my house and install the electric for our hot tub. On each occasion when we called to figure out what was going on and why he wasn't there the folks at SME chose not to answer the phone or call us back. After repeated calls and emails on each occasion we finally got a response from Tom with some other lame excuse about why he couldn't make it. His final excuse was that it's hard to commit. Hard to commit? To making an appointment and showing up for it? That's not the kind of person or place I'm interested in working with. There are a ton of good, and reliable, electricians in this town...I would recommend passing on SME and hiring someone who wants your business.
