Did a good job in taking care of my hot tub, handling the parts with care. Installed wire as clean as possible with the unique set up of the house in mind. There was a problem that arose, but owner was quick to respond, and to make things right, wanting his customers to be happy. He was receptive to feedback, and even personally came out himself.
