Very happy with service Ron provided me with! Glad to be on Brothers Home Care Plan! Brothers has been performing maintenance on my boiler system since 2003. Ron performed the Boiler Inspection and gave recommendations on side arm after reviewing history of boiler system from 2008 forward to increase domestic water supply to 2 bathrooms currently being remodeled. Also ran calculations regarding ventilation in crawlspace which is where boiler is housed. Ron was extremely thorough and completely explained my options for increasing hot water supply with my boiler system/sidearm.Installation of an expansion tank/mixer valve onto sidearm seems to be best option.

Bill was my service tech as usual and he's always been very smart and attentive with my boiler. Through the few years I've owned this house the boiler has quit several times until I called Blue Sky Plumbing and Heating and Bill is a specialist for boiler Heating. Always extremely nice and thoroughly explains what he has done or what options I have.

Golden West was very polite and kept us informed during the entire service. Their technician was professional and knowledgable. He was up front but not pushy about all the work that needed to happen to help us avoid unknown issues during the repair of our boiler.
