I hired Frank to install a bathtub. He arrived without the plumbing hardware necessary for the install so I had to make several trips to Home Depot for him. It took a full day longer than estimated for the work. The cost was also higher than the initial estimate. The tub was not properly installed and Frank Garcia was not willing to resolve his substandard workmanship. Avoid this contractor!!!

I have had Genesis out to my home 3 times now and I am deeply satisfied with the work that was provided! The first time I had a hot tub craned onto an upper deck and had to have electrical 220 amp. installed with electrical box and the whole nine yards. At one point in the evening I noticed it wasn't working right and the person who installed the equipment, said I'll be right over, even though it was 8:00 at night and a half an hour from his house. I was extremely pleased and surprised that they took such pride in their work and that they didn't want any permanent damage to occur to my new hot tub! Dustin, the owner has a very integrity based business and I will always use them!
