The team walked through the details on what would happen and made sure my flooring was covered before moving out the old water tank. Chappy was very honest with his assessment of the water heater and what he found during a previous inspection but never pushed the sales which is how it should be. My experience with them was on 470.
One of their drivers was going to exact speed limit in the passing lane and clearly knew he was in the wrong but refused to move over. After several miles of following him I proceeded to break the law by passing him on the right. As I did, he accelerated to prevent me from passing. The reason I’m giving this review is because anyone that is malicious enough to perform such an intentional and despicable act cannot not be trusted to treat a customer fairly or with any amount respect. It is clear they do not employ people with any moral bearing.
