Scheduled a weekend appointment for irrigation start up in Mid-April and called on the morning of the service date to be told they don’t have anyone to cover the service and they would have to reschedule 4 weeks from now. Our yard will be dead by then with no irrigation running for another four weeks. Horrible customer service for a company that claims to make you smile. This is second year in a row that Brothers has not made their commitment to servicing my needs, so shame on me for thinking I would get a different experience by standing by them again this year. I would never recommend this company to anyone based on my experience the past two years. To the sisters at Brothers, your ads are a joke and your business isn’t making people smile…

Very impressed with this group. They are professional, show up ahead of scheduled, get work done in a timely fashion, and generally work very hard. My crew of Gabe and Alden showed up at 8:30 AM, after a foot of snowfall, and worked in an unfinished cellar space underneath my house for 5 hours in 20 degree weather and installed a new furnace without a hitch. I respect that. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone.
