Jerad and his sister came out on a moments notice on a Saturday morning. They arrived in about 5 min after speaking with me. Came in and diagnosed the problem within a few min. 15 minutes or so later the problem was fixed for a very resonable price compared to others we called that morning. They came, they saw, they conquered. I live in an architectural building and it’s weird and picky. Huge ceilings, very thick walls. I had a big list of things to install and repair and fix and they took a look at my list and got to work. Explained why on some things, did some sleuthing on a few things and got much of it done, and scheduled an appointment to come back. Everything works, no mess, were very careful with my walls and floors - I will definitely make Piper my go-to for electrical. Much appreciated!

Company work for good people

I needed B&W to fix the wiring to a switch in one of my rental buildings. They showed up on time, same-day, and realized the problem was with the switch itself, and didn't even charge me a trip fee. What a great company - I'll be using them again for sure.

Genesis team members were tenacious and courteous when addressing a puzzling flickering lights issue at our home. Rhiley and Augie, with inputs from their colleagues, patiently and effectively solved an elusive problem. It has been refreshing to work with Genesis and enjoy clear communications and efficient work.

I stopped by to ask a quick question about a residential wiring issue that I had, i’d taken multiple pictures and was well prepared for any answer. Unfortunately a sign on the door says visitors by appointment only, I called and spoke to “Larry” , He didn’t seem interested in even coming out from behind a desk to talk to me, or even look at the pictures, I get that it wouldn’t have netted him any income, but in the interest of good PR probably should’ve made the effort. Based On this experience I will not be contacting them for any of my residential electrical needs which from what it looks like would be possibly rewiring my home

Kenneth Foust, owner of Electrical Solutions is a liar and a coward in the way he conducts business.
I would encourage anyone needing the help of an electrician, or an honest person to look elsewhere.

Hope this people are better electrician then drivers. If you ever encounter their drivers in the highways they will cut you off and if you don't let them in the know how and are not afraid to use their middle finger even it is aimed at your grandchild sitting in the passenger seat.
So I guess it is OK for your employees to flip people off and drive aggressively as the want
May be you need to tell your drivers to Share the road and slow down and it is not OK to fly down the right lane and cut people off
