I was absolutely blown away with Kai and Beau our electrical service technicians. They were kind courteous and extremely professional. They were friendly towards my pets and listen to our home needs. I was happy with the service yet once the techs left the connection to my swamp cooler isn’t working properly. Not sure if it is because it was left on during the repair when water was shut off or not. Or the use of old parts to reattach the water line once the repair was completed. Not very happy that a pipe they replaced within the last year was replaced and no credit for replacing a pipe they repaired 6 mo ago.

First if all, when I called in a panic because my A/C wasn't working and I was concerned about the cost the woman who answered the phone was genuinely caring and made me feel valued instead of other company's I have talked to who have seemed to not care about anything but the money. She reassured me that they would get the right technician out to my home to fix it as soon as they could and they sure did! They sent Carlos G who was so kind and polite! He came out to my house to fix my air conditioner and was knowledgeable and considerate. He worked with me as a single mom and helped me figure out financing options for my A/C so it didn't have to be such a big burden. He gave me several different options and explained each one in detail. He made feel comfortable making such a big purchase. I would definitely recommend Golden West for ANY repairs necessary!
