Placed 4 calls over a 24 hour period trying to get a service tech to call me and schedule an appointment. Each time I was told that the tech (Jonathan) had been paged and would be contacting me. I gave up waiting.

I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

Tim and David are amazing. They were very quick to give me a quote, prompt to work, and completed everything in a timely fashion. A detailed written quote was given, as well as different options for completing the work. They listened to my needs and offered suggestions without being pushy or making me feel like they were trying to upsell me. Some things took a bit more time/materials than they expected, and I was given a new quote with the exact changes and the reasons for them. The work was completed to a standard which far exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely use these folks again for all my future electrical needs.

Mike and his team at Dutch Creek Electric were exceptional! From Lou scheduling and confirming the appointment, Mike and crew arriving on time, installing a new electric panel inside and outside to accommodate our new solar panels, and cleaning up after themselves, we were so impressed! The repair of my previous sockets and switches caused me a great deal of trouble. Hours would go by and more problems would arise, forcing me to call back. But after discovering this nearby electrician, the problem was resolved instantly.

My electrical panel was having issues on a Sunday and the main breaker almost caught on fire. Piper had our technician Art out same day and helped us to replace the breaker. Art was great and really saved us! Thank you!
