Jeff with Applewood was amazing, very educated and thorough with his diagnosis of issue and how to fix. Was the only tech from 4 companies who offered solutions to fix my hot water heater before replacing, which I appreciated. That being said, none of them worked, although he warned they wouldn't. Still appreciated. End of day, same hot water heater from 4 companies Applewood was $10,000k over the next bidding price. $10,000+ for a hot water heater!

Jim Anderson was extremely courteous. We had a pipe that broke in the basement and Jim came out and identified the problem and was able to give us a quote on the spot. He was honest and so kind answering all the questions that we had. Would definitely recommend this company because of Jim.
