Not only did they fix it, but they provided in depth details about how it was caused and recommended I get the remaining outlets in my home fixed as well to prevent further issues that could lead to a fire. As a mom of three kids, this information is highly invaluable. Also, they were done from start to finish in less than 30 minutes leaving everything clean.
