We did a total remodel on an 100 year old farmhouse and The Electric Co. did a great job! Chris was in charge of installing all new wiring throughout the home. We upgraded our service to 500 Amps and added two service locations for future projects in addition to installing the new electrical panel for the main service to the farmhouse. It was not your typical job but Chris was able to troubleshoot and see the job through completion.
Chris did a great job and I would definitely recommend him and The Electric Co. for those in need of an electrician 💡💡💡

Professional and responsive, but also just nice (and generous: we needed a small job looked at; he came over and discovered there was nothing more wrong than a breaker switch (yes, I'm completely embarrassed) and didn't charge. Jerad and his sister came out on a moments notice on a Saturday morning. They arrived in about 5 min after speaking with me. Came in and diagnosed the problem within a few min. 15 minutes or so later the problem was fixed for a very resonable price compared to others we called that morning. Some of his competitors wanted 3 times as much just to come out and diagnose the problem. (YIKES) We will be using H.E.L.P. Electric for all our electrical needs going forward. Thank you Jerad

We needed a quick few repairs when selling our house. Guillermo stopped by a day later and completed all three requested items in about an hour. He also ran to a store to pick up what was needed and explained what the issue was. I would definitely use him again if I had any electrical needs. We had a great experience with Downtown Metro Electric. After several other companies that we've worked with before didn't call us back, Scott from Downtown Metro Electric came by to look over the work we needed, treated us very well when he was here and listened to all of our concerns. A few days later he was back for the installation and got right to work, asked questions to make sure the new outlets were in the right places and didn't waste any time getting the job done. He even cleaned up the dust from the job when he was finished and labeled all the outlets to match the circuit breakers in the electrical box. He definitely went above and beyond our expectations.

Very very inconsistent. I got Micah's name from the contactor working on my master bathroom, I contacted him to replace our electrical panel, he quoted and completed the work very quickly and we were very happy with the outcome. The same contractor had planned for Micah to complete the wiring for our new bathtub and the agreement was that he would come after the bathroom was complete to run the wiring and then fix some other wiring from the construction. I contacted Micah to schedule the work via text and then email a few days later. Soon I was contacted by his office to set up the work, we scheduled and someone came and did something; however, they didn't complete the work. Instead, they left all our lights on, made a mess, left tools behind and never came back. The way things were left, it seemed like the tech was coming back but nothing. I contacted to reschedule and received no response from the office. At the end of this whole thing, very very unprofessional and with inconsistent results like this definitely would not recommend.
