Water heater remove and replace. Austin and the rest of the crew were great. They all were a real pleasure to work with. The work was done with pride and high quality. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional throughout the process, from initial scheduling, to final completion. All of my questions were answered and they didn't leave until I was armed with all the information I needed. I will absolutely use this company again.

The service Manager Michael did the right thing and made all this right today and I doubt if anyone will ever not wear a mask during this pandemic that works for this company....I cannot vouch for their work yet and they are now in the running for my business. First of all when the person arrived he did not have a mask he couldn't even find one in his truck luckily I had an extra one. Then he charges me $70 without even telling me there was a fee and wasn't even sure he could fix it he put the mask on backwards shame on this company.

Top Shelf did a great job on updating the electrical in my garage. They were very professional, great communicators, offered a good price, and were very adaptable to my time needs and changes. Definitely will use them again.
