Teon was very knowledgeable and helpful with our home project. He explained what was needed and the cost associated. I am very satisfied with the work completed by Teon. He also has amazing customer service and was very polite. He shared some ideas on ways to improve our use of electricity and things they can do in the future with our other projects we have. He also cleaned up and was particular to detail. It looked like he wasn’t even there. The only complaint was the cost as it was far more than I expected but that wasn’t something Teon could control. But overall I feel better having Teon do the project than trying to figure it out. Especially since he made sure our new electrical work was up to code and safe! I will definitely use WireNut Home Services in Colorado Springs again and ask for Teon.

They were extremely available and professional. Totally recommend these guys. However, they don't fix the drywall. Luckily there isn't a ton to fix, but it would be nice if they could also repair the drywall at the end.

We’ve used All Electric many times and they have yet to disappoint. From the office to the crew at our home, they are all professional and buttoned up. We recently had our main panel upgraded (100-200) and they showed up at 8:00 am and left by mid afternoon. They respected our home and got the job done. Remember, cheapest isn’t always the least expensive and this company delivers amazing value + well above industry quality. Hired to add a light box in the center of our dining room ceiling. Right on time, extremely professional, and incredible pricing. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, and in fact, I'll be calling them to run the electric when we finish our basement. My mom had some electrical issues at her house which was burning out her bulbs quite frequently. We contacted Luminous Electric to investigate. The electrician they sent was very good and figured out an issue with the system. He fixed it and gave us some useful tips.

I called Tipping Hat to provide an estimate for a small plumbing job in my kitchen based upon their reviews. Job details: Replace garbage disposal and faucet, and hook up a water filter. I provided all materials. The estimator showed up and was at my house for over 45 minutes to provide an estimate for this small job. He spent at least 25 minutes populating a proposal in his iPad. The result was a 10 page pdf “proposal” which listed the price for this job as $2,702.00!!! Yes, that’s correct. Needless to say I did not give them my business. I paid a normal plumber $139 an hour to complete the job (3.5 hours) at a cost of $469.35. I paid 17.37% of Tipping Hat’s price for the job. I don’t normally provide negative reviews but I think it’s totally warranted in this situation to alert potential customers that Tipping Hat wanted to charge me over 5 TIMES the actual cost to do the job. Buyer beware - and get multiple quotes for your job!

He listened intently to our concerns & was always professional & gracious and followed through on all the many questions we had - even after our project was delayed many times due to other subcontractors’ mishaps. Travis was also very knowledgeable, courteous & professional - during the 11 months our project lasted. Will not use another company. Will definitely recommend with no hesitations at all!!
