Jonathan Coons replaced our electrical panel, upgraded our electrical service and replaced a switch for our attic fan. He came promptly and worked three days. He explained everything needed and why. We feel confident that the work was done properly. Jonathan was pleasant to have coming and going through our home and he did not interrupt our daily routine. Tipping Hat sent Andrei the same day we called to come replace a leaking mixing valve which had caused damage to the ceiling. We had called around and other companies said we would need to wait 2 weeks. Andrei went above and beyond and took the time to ensure the valve and other parts were replaced/repaired correctly. He did not rush the job even though it took longer than anticipated. He also went out of his way to provide us with a referral for a handyman to repair the damaged ceiling.
