Highly recommend Great Guys! They are always on time and extremely professional. They communicate with you throughout the process so there are no surprise costs at the end.

I scheduled a service a week in advance. They gave me a 2 hour window. 10 minutes after the window had passed, their technician texted that he'd had an unavoidable issue and couldn't make it. He couldn't reschedule for over a week, despite the fact I was moving the following week and had promised to get the service done before a tenant moved in. When I called the main line, they directed me to somebody who could help several times, only to end on another line that went to voice-mail. I didn't get a callback, or the service. When they say good old fashioned service they must mean so old fashioned they don't have phones and hope people don't read internet reviews.

So thankful for the Golden West team! Anthony did an amazing job installing our new AC system. He was professional, on time and made sure we were well informed and comfortable with the process. Thanks so much! I would definitely recommend them and will be only using this company going forward.
