I was very pleased with Electrician On Call, Dave, and his team. They were prompt, provided useful information, and suggested ideas that were not in their best interest - but mine. Even when we hit a speed bump dealing with city inspectors, Dave and his team returned to help us overcome the issue. It was a great experience, and they'll be in my phone book as the only company I need to know for any electric work.

These guys are awesome. Came out on a Saturday within an hour of our call. Fixed the issue within 15 minutes( probably kept my house from burning to the ground). Later after blowing a breaker and my girlfriend thinking the breaker didnt work we had them back out. They provided her with a free lesson on how to reset a breaker and didn't charge the service fee. Great company I would recommend them to anyone.

We got up last Tuesday morning to discover we had no A/C, no hot water and an alarm system that was out. I had read the BBB reviews about Caddell Electric and called them. I was told no one could come out that day but the very nice man I spoke to suggested calling the power company to come and check the lines as we had a couple of different issues going on. The power company came out within an hour and confirmed no issue with the power line, but said there was something very wrong with our electric panel as he could hear sparking and one of the trip switches was very warm. I called Caddell Electric again and explained the situation. They had someone at my home within an hour and the issues (turned out to be two completely separate and equally dangerous ones) fixed in no time. I highly recommend Caddell Electric for their customer service, friendliness and expertise with which they get the job done.

I had an issue that needed immediate action on a Saturday. I called Chris in the morning, and he was out to my house in the afternoon. Everything I needed done was done in 30 minutes. He knows his stuff. Incredible service. Chris helped to explain everything to me in terms I could understand and the price was more than reasonable.Highly recommend!!

The preacher Eddie klump is a thief. He took money from my family and me and didnt complete the job. He claims to be a preacher at the cowboy church in Wichita falls. I wonder what his congregation will think when I let them know what a crook he is. I advise not to use this company as he will screw you, like he did his own son! Still owes employees money, including his son. This man is being sued by multiple electrical supply houses due to him being a thief and not paying his bills. Could you imagine having a lein put on your property because this thief didnt pay for the supplies he used at your house? Way to go Eddie, you man of God thief. You will go where you deserve to be, HELL!!!
