We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Got charged $2300 for an ac repair. Two weeks later my unit goes out again and I am told I need a new compressor which would cost $3700. In addition to the new compressor quote, I was given a quote for a new unit to replace my existing unit that is not even 10 yrs old yet.Had another company come out and perform the repair for $1000 less. Check around before you use their commercial services.
