John Hogness (Mr. Electric) represents everything I want in any service provider. I called the dispatch immediately after saying he was the best I'd ever seen. He made my wife and i feel helped. He was polite. He was funny. I lost power to my home due to a main breaker issue. John showed up, did what he did, and saved us many hours of frustration. I had to ask for business cards cause when I call Mr. Electric again, I want to ask for John and you should too.

I paid him $500 to tag himself to my permit that I pulled myself and paid for at the City of Dallas. He tagged himself to my permit, took my money, and then 3 days later withdrew himself. Now I have to find another master licensed electrican for the final inspection. These master license contractors make a side business taking advantage of homeowners who pull their own permits and charge crazy rates just to tag themselves to permits I already paid for. He brought his kid on the job, which is extremely unprofessional. His kid walked around, in and out of my house like he owned it picking up all my extra material and going through MY home depot bags trying to take supplies that were not his dad's. I had to tell him several times, hey buddy, that is my stuff I paid for, please leave it. Save yourself the trouble and find another master lisenced electrican.

Carlos is a great guy! We always call him when we need anything at all done at our business. He is prompt and gets the job done quickly and correctly. We will continue to call Carlos for our electrical and handy man needs!

I was looking for a few updates to my house, fixing a fan not working, adding a closet light, and adding electrical outlets outdoors for Christmas lights. Denny was quick to respond and schedule a time to come and check things out.We scheduled a day right away. Pierce came out and completed everything. Please don’t bother. We had A/C work done and when we asked how to prepare, we were told “you don’t!” Our appointment was a nightmare. A 10 hour job was well into 12 hours (left at 945 at night) and didn’t cover one of the vents, which ended up “gassing” us in the room and covering my animals in sticky glue. Mistakes do happen. But the company basically does not care about the turmoil the left behind. There is a whole master closet that we need to de-glue now and bathe three cats. The day manager just blew off my household and talked down to the person that is head of the household. We are DONE.

Everything went great! I needed a light fixture to be installed in a high ceiling that was complicated to get to. They were able to get it installed and now my entrance looks great!
