Travon was very polite and efficient while servicing my HVAC system. He explained everything thoroughly and showed me photos and videos to back up the additional concerns they had on the units. He and his co-worker also cleaned up after themselves and used a mat and shoe protectors to keep my doors clean. I highly recommend Milestone.

We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Everyone I interfaced with from scheduling the service call to the completed repair were very professional, polite, and personable. Thank you for the wonderful service!

We had a pre winter check on our central heat by Charles today. I really like that we received a text with his picture on it that he was on the way and knowing who to expect. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and wore protectors on his feet. This was the 1st time a technician explained to us exactly how everything on a heating unit works together. We use Baker Brothers for plumbing air and heat and are really pleased with them

I requested the installation of two cameras that i thought would be rather straightforward. It turned out the one I thought would be the easiest proved considerably more difficult, but the installer stuck with it and got the job done. He seemed to know what he was doing and went above and beyond to get the job done. This service is a little pricier than your local handyman might be, but it may be worth it to get someone who knows what they are doing and is backed by a company with means and interest in making sure jobs are done right. I will probably use them in the future.

Our AC unit went out the day before the 4th of July. I called Xtreme Air Services to schedule an appointment. Josh came out and sure enough, we needed a full installation of a new AC unit. Josh was able to get us an AC wall unit for the time being, until Kelson and Dakota were able to come install it the following Monday morning. Josh made Our home Comfortable for the weekend and his Awesome Customer Service helped me relax while I called to see about financing a new unit. I actually needed help rethreading a screw from my gimbal (something outside the scope of work they typically do) and he was able to help me! Did a great job and was able to do it in 24 hours. Def recommend.
