Shan B. installed three new outlets for me. He was on time, courteous and very professional. He did a great job of explaining the process and my options. The work he completed was exceptional.

We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Everyone I interfaced with from scheduling the service call to the completed repair were very professional, polite, and personable. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Noticed the heat wasn’t working this morning after last nights severe weather- heat pump wasn’t coming on. Called and a tech (Oscar) was there in maybe an hour? Faster than I expected. Asked me good questions and listen to the scenario/details I provided.He had the system diagnosed, repaired, and was on his way very quickly.Very nice tech, very thorough in his descriptions of the problem and other potential issues. As much as I don’t like to have AC system repairs, I do look forward to using BB and Oscar for the upcoming scheduled maintenance.

The tech David Salmeron was very professional, he came out twice because the part had to be ordered. He made sure was AC was functioning until the part came in.
