Tried to wire some smart switches and got in over my head. Called Milestone and they were able to send someone in less than an hour. Jonathan Hebert came out and did a great job. He also explained to me where I had gotten confused so I should be able to do this in the future myself. Jonathan was great and I would highly recommend him and Milestone!!!

After the first AC company come and replaced my entire unit. There several things they messed up. I called Walker and Air twice now and both times they were able to fix the issue quickly! Brian Rooker was my technician and he did a phenomenal job! I highly recommend!

I booked very quickly online, but it took several attempts for someone to actually come out to do the work. We were cancelled on last minute multiple times.Once someone actually came out to do the repair, they weren’t fully equipped and able to actually perform the work they claimed they would perform. Some of the work was done okay, but there were a couple spots that were done extremely poorly, yet we were still charged for it. The repair man that we received is not worth the $129/hr we were charged. The false advertising is not appreciated. I’d you can’t do a job simply state that you’re not able to do it and save us both our time, energy, and money.

Excellent service. The Technician was professional and took time to go over the details of work being performed. I would recommend this company.
