The guys at Russ Electric are THE hands down most professional group of guys I’ve ever seen when it comes to residential electric work. They went above and beyond when wiring in new fixtures for my home and even went as far as to walk me through the entire process. They arrived punctually, were very friendly and professional and worked very diligently. I honestly cannot express how much I would recommend them to anyone needing any minor or major electrical work done in their home or business. These guys are the real deal!! Jerry installed whole house surge protectors for me in my last two houses. He also installed an entire new panel in an older home for me. It was a tricky install due to a mix of old and new circuits. He also installed a new mast on the roof and a new pig tail for the A/C unit. Jerry's work is top quality and expertly done. He is a true craftsman who cares about his workmanship.

Superb.When I learned that there was a fire hazard in my house which quite possibly put my families lives in danger, D&K Lighting was out the same day with a quote.We had an antiquated circuit breaker, which apparently had a very high likelihood of working properly. With in days of calling, we had a new box installed. D&K didn't just stick in a new box, they took time and (evident) pride in their work.When I compare the work done on our house to that of other houses in our neighborhood, the difference is clear. The work is cleaner, the wires are clearly and tightly bound and everything has been lined up and organized.When I opened the panel, it looked like a textbook how to example. No pinched wires, no extra lengths of stripped or exposed wire and the gauge looks dead on. I'm no electrician, but this looks amazing to me.I definitely recommend D&K Lighting for any electrical work you may need; especially at the price they quoted.

Commercial Electric provided an outstanding job with a our older commercial strip mall. I was initially worried that they would take shortcuts and skimp on the details due to it being an older building, yet instead, they devoted time to pull off a neat and well done job that exceeded my hopes! Not only did their work impress me but so did their reasonable prices.

None of the electrical connections of our house was working after the heavy hailstorm of the previous night. I couldn’t even charge my phone, couldn’t even use the microwave, couldn’t even use the internet. It was very urgent to have the issue fixed. But because of the weather condition, no electricians were willing to help us. Then we contacted this company as our last resort and they sent us our lifesaver, the electrician, Nick! He fixed everything wrong within an hour and saved all our lives that day. He was very quick to diagnose the problem and very professional. Thanks to this company for helping us with our emergency and top-notch service!

Todd and all the electricians we interacted with were professional, and extremely customer service focused. They were patient and thorough in solving a weird electrical issue that we were having. They were great communicators. They definitely went above and beyond! Amazing service!!!

I used the company. Before they sent any workers they had me send them pics of my panel so that their workers would have the correct items/materials if they were in my area. They acknowledged my pics and sent workers. The workers were good and finished the work well under 1hr, however they did not have the cover's/fillers for empty slots in panel so they left my house to go to the store, of course coincidently this put them over the one hour and I was charged and extra $65 PER WORKER. I complained to the company but got no relief, their reasoning was even though their workers did not come with the appropriate items/tools to perform the job I should still be required to pay extra time. The workers were good but this company is not customer forward it is all about the $$$. I'd suggest if you go with this company make sure BEFORE they begin their work you have them review that they have ALL items so they don't have to go get something on YOUR DIME!
