Lance & Elijah are great! They came out today to fix a couple issues and gave me quotes on a few others I still need to tackle. They explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand and they were patient with my questions. Would definitely recommend!

Good work & fair price

I had a breaker triggered regularly. He checked the outlets, power, and the Electrical panel. A microwave plugged to that breaker appears to be the issue.

Other contractors required a service call fee that was more than the entire service, installation and repair that Russ charged us.The electrician they sent was punctual, polite, informative, professional and pleasant.We are most pleased and can see why Russ have 5 stars across the board. We have used J-Five on several ocassions: trouble with a circuit not working, installing new lights and ceiling fans, and replacing older switches with with new ones. Jerry once had to investigate 8-10 outlets to find the culprit, then repaired it with with dispatch. Jeremy has installed several new lights, electrical and cable outlets and relcated service with expertise.Everyone from J-Five has been professional, easy to talk with and knew what they were doing, even when presented with tough, unusual situations.I will be using them again in a few weeks as we are doing more remodeling.

None of the electrical connections of our house was working after the heavy hailstorm of the previous night. I couldn’t even charge my phone, couldn’t even use the microwave, couldn’t even use the internet. It was very urgent to have the issue fixed. But because of the weather condition, no electricians were willing to help us. Then we contacted this company as our last resort and they sent us our lifesaver, the electrician, Nick! He fixed everything wrong within an hour and saved all our lives that day. He was very quick to diagnose the problem and very professional. Thanks to this company for helping us with our emergency and top-notch service!

This company is an amazing company and I would recommend them to anyone! I called today to get a quote on some electrical work for a new older house I purchased, but instead of trying to charge me to send someone out to diagnose/appraise the work to be done and potentially charging a service fee on top of that, the gentleman here simply told me what I needed to do to do it myself, since the work I needed done did not require an expert. You don't often find people like this anymore and if I ever have need of an electrician I'll definitely call Puckett!

Gary is a great electrician and craftsman. Gary just completed a lengthy project for me, and never once did I have to face any issues for him. He is definitely not the typical contractor that tries to rush through the job just to finish and get paid.
