This is my fourth time using Caddell Electric and they always show up on time and provide honest recommendations. Caddell has installed and/or repaired numerous items for me ranging from sockets to breaker boxes and surge protection. I have met three separate technicians and all are friendly, professional, and explain everything in terms anyone can understand. Very pleased.

The first thing we needed was an outlet added to our wardrobe so the lights would operate. On the day of the installation the technician handled each item with professionalism and intelligence, keeping me updated on any issues and his progress.

Due to problems with our switchboard, we were left without electricity and with few options late one afternoon. But, these residential electrician was really responsive and professional when it came to meeting our demands. When we first called for help, he was happy to provide it over the phone. After that, he came right over to help us out in person. He was thorough in his examination of all potential issues, as well as personable in his customer service.
