Best Light Switch in Dallas TX

This company is the most unprofessional entity that I have ever dealt with. I had a simple job that I wanted to contract out, changing out a doorbell transformer. After calling around I decided to go with Mr. Electric because of their good reviews and fast appointment time. I was told that there would be a electrician to give me an estimate and do the job if I agree to it the next day, between 8am- 12pm.Too good to be true.The company was amazing at first. The next day I received a call around 10am notifying me that the electrician was running behind and wouldn't be there until after noon. No big deal, stuff happens and I had taken the whole day off so a couple of extra hours wouldn't hurt. Around 1pm I received another call from Mr. Electric. Apparently another customer took precedent over me and needed to have the whole power restored to their house... Ok. Is there only one electrician for your entire company? Is there no way to get someone to cover this territory since new customers are not important to you? Is this how every customer is treated? The only thing I was offered was to reschedule. No thanks, not with a company that doesn't value my time.I would not trust this company to plug in a blender.

Lance and Elijah were the technicians sent to my house. They did a fantastic job and were very efficient. They met all of my electrical needs within my lunch hour. The technicians were sure to put disposable booties on in order to not track dirt in the house as well as took care when moving my belongings around. They explained, on a high level (I am not an electrician or even anything close to an electrician), the roots of the issues. I highly recommend Caddell Electric and will use them for future electrical needs! I found them through The Good Contractor's List which I highly recommend as well.

I was delighted by the electrician's work. We called, and three hours later, an electrician was at our house, rewiring everything and restoring power. At the outset, they presented themselves, told us who they were, and gave us accurate cost estimates and a schedule for the work to be done. Even though we had a few concerns, we weren't concerned that they would try to get more money out of us.

I called Electric Pros on a whim hoping they would be open at 7pm two days before Thanksgiving because my husband and I needed help hanging a chandelier we thought we could do on our own. I was looking for a company that could run gas line and electrical wiring to a generator that we were installing.I have to say this is one of the Best Companies that i have used. The job was kept clean. Very professional !! Great communication !!! Stayed in touch with me throughout the entire job.When you ask them to do additional work. They come back and ask how quick do you need it done. They pulled permits went through all the inspections. Passed on the first inspections.Can't say enough about this company.Except this is the company that I will be using from now on.
