Milestone isn’t the cheapest, but their service can’t be beat. Jamison was a technician that recently visited to tune up our heater for winter. He was on time and was very thorough in his explanation of everything he did. Really, you can’t go wrong with these guys.

My light fixture installation company performed a fantastic job and finished on time and within budget. They are reliable, dependable, and effective, and I would suggest them to everyone.

We had Electric Pros scheduled to install a kitchen chandelier and replace two ceiling fans last week. The chandelier is fancy, and I knew it would take a few hours to install. But the tech said it would take two people 6 - 8 hours, and cost $1147! $1147 to install a chandelier! Knowing this sounded crazy, I called the company we bought the fixture from - they said it should take one person a few hours. I explained this to the tech, and asked if he wanted to speak with the manufacturer to see if he thought the job was more complicated than it was. He pushed back forcefully, said he'd done hundreds of these very chandeliers (he clearly has not), and tried to convince me that the job was extremely difficult and time consuming, and that he was uniquely qualified to do it right. I said thanks, but let me get another estimate. Well, today, another licensed, bonded, highly regarded electrician installed the chandelier (carefully and expertly) in about 3 hours. It cost me $578.

I only gave one star because I had to. TOOK MD OFF TRAINING AND EXPECTED ME TO UNDERSTAND THE JOB. SUPERVISOR WAS NOT IN THE OFFICE TO TRAIN ME EVEN AFTER THEY CUT TRAINING DUE TO THE WEATHER. WE WERE SUPPOSED TO RESUME TRAINING THE NEXT FOLLOWING WEEK BUT THEY NEVER DID.

Gus installed our EV charger (Grizzl-e Classic EVSE) and 240v plug in the garage. He was was able to come out the day after we called, gave a fair price, and did everything right (got it inspected by the city). I would heavily recommend Gus for any future electrical work.

Romero took apart a Butler's Door mechanism and determined the part needed to repair, which he ordered for later installation. He was on time, efficient and professional.

If I have to give them 0 star I will. First of all I schedule an appointment for them to come and fix my TV and backsplash in my kitchen the guy showed up and only mount the TV he told me his brother did not tell him about the kitchen and I said okay that’s fine. He did a good job on the TV and was on time. He took a picture of the other things that I want done saying he will come back 2 to 3 days to fix the other things which he did not call or anything. And I called the his brother I think he is the owner or something he said he was going to call me and schedule something but he never did. Their communication if very bad. Don’t use them guys.
