We needed to have a outlet installed because the previous owners created a mess with wires. Caleb was our technician, he was excellent. He explained everything professionally and made sure we knew everything we needed to know before he left and during the service. He was quick, very friendly and professional. We will definitely choose Milestone again and highly recommend. If Caleb could come out every time that would be awesome!

Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

Julio replaced 2 water heaters for me. He was courteous and knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Will use Baker Brothers again in the future.

Bought a house and 9 months into it, we found out we needed a new A/C system. I did my usual three quotes and was about to make my decision when the wife texted me a picture of their ad in the paper from several months ago. It was like a sign! Set up an appointment for next day and Chad came out and explained our options very thoroughly. One thing I could say is that every other quote was within a $100 difference Xtreme Air was actually slightly higher. The reason we chose Xtreme Air was we liked the choices, Chad taking the time to explain everything and the 5 star rating they have received and how hard they worked to obtain them. The install team came out and did a very professional job. We've been enjoying our system for about a few weeks now. No more sweating at night and no more humidity. Didn't realize what we were missing. Their follow up has been good although my schedule was conflicting whenever they had an opening. Chad came out for the follow up and made sure everything was done correctly and even took the time to give me suggestions on a set schedule and temperature for optimal working conditions.
