We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Everyone I interfaced with from scheduling the service call to the completed repair were very professional, polite, and personable. Thank you for the wonderful service!

I used a work from home day on Monday of this week to be at my place for a job I needed done. Fixer never showed. They asked if I wanted to reschedule for the next day. I said no, then eventually decided to give them a second chance and scheduled them to come by today at 11am. They just sent a text (at 2pm) saying they will not be able to make it until 5pm (six hours after my appointment), meaning the project would not be done until 8 pm on Friday night. I have plans, so day 2 has been ruined waiting on this company to do what they promised to do TWICE - failing both promises. I would never use them again, and I would suggest if you value your time you don’t use them either.

Extreme Air addressed a multitude of issues quickly and correctly. The technicians were clean and courteous. I was notified by text when they were on their way. They were prepared when they arrived and were able to resolve my issues very quickly.It is very convenient to have a service company that can provide such a wide range of service, from HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and roofing.

I had gone to numerous people about the problem I was facing but either the pricing was too much or they didn’t agree with the standards I wanted. But when I met with Alberto, immediately he was trying to figure out ways to best accommodate me and my expectations. He worked fast and was very thorough in his work.
