We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Everyone I interfaced with from scheduling the service call to the completed repair were very professional, polite, and personable. Thank you for the wonderful service!

I used a work from home day on Monday of this week to be at my place for a job I needed done. Fixer never showed. They asked if I wanted to reschedule for the next day. I said no, then eventually decided to give them a second chance and scheduled them to come by today at 11am. They just sent a text (at 2pm) saying they will not be able to make it until 5pm (six hours after my appointment), meaning the project would not be done until 8 pm on Friday night. I have plans, so day 2 has been ruined waiting on this company to do what they promised to do TWICE - failing both promises. I would never use them again, and I would suggest if you value your time you don’t use them either.

He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I suppose one of the most outstanding sales reps we ever met. Today Dakota and Kelson came and did the install. They were AWESOME! They both worked non-stop until finished. I will give them a five too. Both were experts in their field, knew exactly all steps in the install. Everything was put back exactly like they found it. All areas were cleaned and vacuumed. They both went over all the features of our new system. I highly recommend Xtreme Air, they even beat all other competitors.FIVE ALL THE WAY!
