Best HVAC Repair in Dallas TX

I called Electrician On Call this morning. Dave provided excellent service with fast response and friendly attitude. After I described what happened to my room, he directly pointed out the culprit mostly is the main breaker under the power meter, and that's it! Since the main breaker (including the box) is very old and dis-manufactured, I preferred to replace the whole box. Dave finished this work quickly and charged me for a reasonable price. He worked on Saturday! And waived me more than HUNDRED Dollars! Thanks, David!

Peter saved us over $7000 last week when our downstairs air conditioner went out. A/C people said we needed a new unit while Peter came in, crawled under the foundation and discovered it was a fried wire to the fusebox. Fixed it on the spot and A/C is working just fine. He also seems to be extremely knowledgeable about wiring in older houses, which is an extra added bonus as we live in Lakewood. Can't recommend him enough.

We really appreciated the work done in our home today. Had multiple light fixtures installed and a ceiling fan removed. Everything done was explained in terms of pricing and service. Very professional and stress free experience from start to finish!

Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

I had Plumbing emergency yesterday where my two handle walk-in shower cold water wouldn't stop running.Baker Brother plumber came and estimated $266 for a quick cartridge/stem fix.He started to unscrew the Stem but I could clearly see that he was struggling to use/find the right size socket wrench. He asked me not to watch him do his job as he feels pressured. So, I stepped away and gave him space.After this, I could hear that he started to talk to other professional in native language over phone and seems like seeking guidance from other person on the phone to do the job.He asked me if I have right size wrench, which I do not have. So, he went to nearby plumbing store and got couple of wrenches and after coming back he just cut top of Stem which I think was not at all required. After some time he said that valve/stem is broken and he cannot take out the inside piece.Only option he gave me now is that he has to replace the whole valve assembly by cutting the wall or tiles which would cost around $1400 and I have to separately work with tile or wall fix experts once he finishes there plumbing job.This is so unprofessional from Baker Brothers, where they are sending non-professional plumbers and breaking/cutting parts just to create a bigger project and price gouging out of an easy quick fixes, just because customer has emergency.Now, I have no option but to seek second opinion from other professional plumber who would try to take out this broken part or suggest me better solution. I am also looking to post consumer complaint against Baker Brothers.Update as of 11/08/2022:Baker Brothers sent there experienced plumber next day, he took the part out in 15 mins and fixed everything in a professional way they were suppose to. Very nice to see that they accepted the mistake committed first time.No work guarantee is provided for repairs as they have not charged me for repairs.

There are companies out there that make their money on up-sells and things that don't need to be fixed. Art doesn't operate like that. Art gets your business back by doing the job the right way the first time. We've used them on 4 jobs, large and small, and we won't call anyone else.

Called Jeff and he was extremely nice and got me on the schedule right away. Did the job at one of my rental properties and texted me the picture of the work and the bill right afterwards. Took multiple forms of payment including Venmo and Zelle. So it was very easy to pay. Did an excellent job and the pricing was very reasonable too. I will be using Jeff a lot more often now. Great experience.

I called this company to come out and fix my AC problem. I was losing refrigerant so they came out and, without diagnosing the leak, decided to put a leak sealant in my system. (Which wasn't recommended by A 1 Air) I was also charged for the service fee even though I got the issue resolved. They even charged me $55 to tighten a screw that was apparently loose on a part. If that doesn't say they're scammers idk what is. A couple days later it started getting hot again so I had to call them back out. This time the owner came out. He proceeded to tell me I had multiple leaks inside my unit. He recommended to replace the inside unit totaling $3k. I realized that I might have a warranty through another company so I decided to call them out.They came out and did a compression test to determine where EXACTLY the leak was. Come to find out there were NO leaks in the inside unit. He actually found the leak inside the outside unit. It was one hole that needed soldering. I called back A Anderson demanding a refund many times. They refused my request but they did come back out and solder the hole. The other company charged me $500, A Anderson charged me $600 all because I needed a solder job. A Anderson didn't even try to offer a refund or discount. I paid $1100 for a simple job all because of the incompetence of Anderson AC.

I was given a business card by James, and It was God sent because my a/c was on the frits! Very responsive!! I called at 9:30am and Dusty and Brandon was at my house at 12:30 on such short notice. I’ve had 2 estimates prior to my a/c going completely out and they were expensive and nothing was explained.When Dusty and Brandon came out they explained everything I needed for my specific space and comfort. They examined my unit and Brandon told me exactly what was wrong with it. The others just told me I needed a a/c plus a furnace and price.I highly recommend this company because they listened to the problems I had with ventilation and gave a thorough explanation of how the home can be balanced with a system recommend specifically for the Texas heat.Thank you James, Dusty and Brandon
