Very rude and would not listen to the problem explained to him. Was convinced he knew what the problem was without evaluating all the facts stated. Upon arrival of the second call, since he didn’t repair the issue as instructed on the first service call, he had a piss poor attitude and continued to attempt to speak over me.Overall terrible experience and do not let this man into your home. He is an extremely negative person and lacks personality and professionalism to be a representative of any in home service.

I found B&C Electric via Google. I explained to Peter I was given a quote by another company that I felt was extremely high. He came over to review and discuss my projects and true to his word, he gave me a fair quote. Peter and his helper spent the entire day working on the various lighting projects. I was thoroughly pleased with theirs work. Everything was neatly installed and they laid a protective sheet over my carpet and furniture. I would highly recommend Peter to my friends and co-workers. I am very satisfied with the work Peter and his assistant performed. Peter switched out my old Federal Pacific panel fuse box that was a fire hazard with a new safe and up-to-date fuse panel box.

He did a great job, came on time, and was friendly and professional and came back to help me with another issue. I would recommend him.

This company is awesome.  I am usually skeptical about contractors working on or in my home.  Since I have little to no knowledge regarding electrical  issues, I find myself at the mercy of the contractor.  After talking to several home owners, it was recommended to have Chandler Electric assess my home’s electrical situation. After the first AC company come and replaced my entire unit. There several things they messed up. I called Walker and Air twice now and both times they were able to fix the issue quickly! Brian Rooker was my technician and he did a phenomenal job! I highly recommend!

Art Electric & HVAC came to our house and inspected the HVAC system. They were the third company to come out to inspect the system. The owner, Art Pond, came out personally with his crew and gave me a complete breakdown of all the issues. After all the inspections we decided to go ahead replace our 23 year old HVAC system. Art's break down of the issues were well documented and thoroughly explained. He gave us options (and there cost) which made our decision making much easier. Art Electric & HVAC gave us the best quote out of the 3 companies that came out and offered us options for financing as well.The installation of the new HVAC system went without a hitch. Art's crew was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and patient with all our questions. Called Jeff and he was extremely nice and got me on the schedule right away. Did the job at one of my rental properties and texted me the picture of the work and the bill right afterwards. Took multiple forms of payment including Venmo and Zelle. So it was very easy to pay. Did an excellent job and the pricing was very reasonable too. I will be using Jeff a lot more often now. Great experience.

I called this company to come out and fix my AC problem. I was losing refrigerant so they came out and, without diagnosing the leak, decided to put a leak sealant in my system. (Which wasn't recommended by A 1 Air) I was also charged for the service fee even though I got the issue resolved. They even charged me $55 to tighten a screw that was apparently loose on a part. If that doesn't say they're scammers idk what is. A couple days later it started getting hot again so I had to call them back out. This time the owner came out. He proceeded to tell me I had multiple leaks inside my unit. He recommended to replace the inside unit totaling $3k. I realized that I might have a warranty through another company so I decided to call them out.They came out and did a compression test to determine where EXACTLY the leak was. Come to find out there were NO leaks in the inside unit. He actually found the leak inside the outside unit. It was one hole that needed soldering. I called back A Anderson demanding a refund many times. They refused my request but they did come back out and solder the hole. The other company charged me $500, A Anderson charged me $600 all because I needed a solder job. A Anderson didn't even try to offer a refund or discount. I paid $1100 for a simple job all because of the incompetence of Anderson AC.

2nd time to use these fine folks and a pleasure to deal with them each time.Our old system finally giving up and I had to bite the bullet and get a new system. Josh, my technician, worked with me to determine exactly what I needed. Not what he thought I needed, but what made sense for my family.UPDATE. So I've held off updating this for awhile, but with summer starting up in Texas it's quite noticeable in the house. The unit we purchased is great. The airduct work the company did is not. You see they were supposed to update and modify our old system to help with the circulation of air. Well several months into the purchase we noticed that there were airflow issues in several of the rooms and called the company out. We got the same tech, Josh to come out and he tried to make it work, but told me they'd have to redo the airduct they just put in and it would cost me. Let me repeat that. They told me they were going to install a better airduct workflow and didn't. Basically reinstalled my old one, and when I brought it up, they told me I would be out of pocket for it.Yes, this is a couple of years after the fact, but every summer since the install we've dealt with this and my wife asked me not to do this. But it's been particularly hot and humid in the house in the overnight time, something that we had discussed at purchased and I'm tired of not sharing this.Just be aware of the service you get, and make sure you have them follow to what was agreed upon. I didn't and I'm stuck with this $10k mess that I should have complained more than I did to get situated.Downgrading my review to 3 stars.
