Hugo came out the same day and explained every step of what he was performing to diagnose our issue. Very happy with all Milestone staff! And would be more than happy to have Hugo help us again when needed.

Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

Cody was an exceptional tech. He was fast, friendly, and focus. He told us what the problem was, quoted us a price, and completed the repairs all in under 40 minutes. He was amazing.Thank you Baker Brothers for techs like Cody.

The man that came was responsive and very polite and professional. He let me know right away that he was not a plumber but could do simple handyman type plumbing work and would refer me on if the project was too big. The honesty was so appreciated!

Update: I spoke with Sara at Extreme - she was very interested in making the situation right, and is providing air filters at no charge since i will be fixing the ceiling myself. I could not come up with anything else that would change the past situation, and was pretty sure money wouldn't change since i signed a contract. To that end, i have raised the review, but left the original review below.I will say the product and installation was good. Over priced a bit, and classic upselling. They stepped on my ceiling and made a crack, promised to fix it. When I called two days later, the person answering didn't know of it, and asked for pictures (his techs took and sent in front of me). referred me to a handyman type to fix, who also hadn't heard of me and kept getting my info wrong. i'll fix it myself before i let an unknown third party worker in my home.I also had to call the office to schedule the follow through. Make sure you get what you want and get competing estimates before signing anything, and make sure appointments for follow through work are set BEFORE they leave your house.
