4G partially cut a water pipe while installing an electrical connection for a lighted vanity mirror. They then just put some silicon on it and closed up the connection. Well 6 months later the water leak happen. 4G will not return phone calls or respond to emails to get resolution.

I give Raul and Louis a 10 out of 10. They just completed over $3500 of work at my house. Raul installed 2 fans, 2 carriage lights around my garage door, a new front door light, a motion light in the backyard, 2 sconces on each side of my bed, AND..upgraded our electrical panel so we could switch from a gas stove to an induction range. Louis made this happen within 2 days of calling him and asking him if they could do it. We plan to use Electricowork for more work after the first of the year. Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

These guys came to my house to install a big light in my back yard. They were efficient and cleaned up the area when they were done. The light is crazy bright. Love it!

They need to do quality work from the start...period! I spent $1,800 for 5 outside LED lights. The lights failed within weeks (knocking out almost half my home's electric, including the tankless water heater).The second tech that came out, said the lights weren't installed using ground contact equipment; poor quality. He replaced the boxes, but not the conduit...about 5 months later the lights failed again when water filled the boxes.The third tech (Angel) was awesome, he sealed the boxes with silicone and installed a GFI to localize any additional failure. I agreed to the $221 for the GFI install; paid the invoice. I also paid for a service call and diagnostic time even though the invoices clearly say there's a 5-year parts and labor warranty...not sure why?From that service call, the lights still didn't work and it was determined that photocell was bad. Electric Pros sent me an additional invoice for $259 to have it replaced. I've refused to pay the bill...21 Nov 19: Update....lights aren't working again! Can't get anyone to return our calls or emails for repair. $2,000 for work to date...will have to take legal action to get money back!

Had an XR14 4-ton installed today. Dakota, Kelson & Shane did outstanding work. I'm not an HVAC person; but, I was impressed with the work quality. There was no rush to get the job done even though the temp in the attic and outside would have easily inspired urgency. Great job!! George Garcia
