Best Electrical Help in Dallas TX

I've used Electrician On Call several times over the last couple of years. They demonstrate competence, a desire to do the job correctly and for a fair price. I also appreciate their willingness to explain to me what they're doing so that I learn something as well. For me, I've finally found an electrician I can count on.Truly excellent service.

We were so happy to find Edward at Dynamic. The rates are very competitive, scheduling flexible and the service the best we've had at our home.

Service was fast and effective. Scheduling was easy and everyone very friendly. I would give it 3.5 stars really.My issue was the price. We had 1 wall in the master randomly lose power. The tech quoted $400 just to dig in and figure out why which I thought was super high. When he got in, there was aluminum wiring which is apparently incident prone. Overall, I paid $650 to fix 2 plugs that were causing the issue. I think the price is high for what was less than 2 hours of work which was also including his initial breaker check and explanations. The actual fix didn’t take more than 45 minutes... I would probably call someone else next time due to that. Although super nice people.

Electrician arrived on time to do the work needed. After testing our exterior lights, parts were necessary to finish the job. Electrician asked if I wanted him to get the parts, and I agreed. He purchased the equipment, returned and finished the job.I appreciate being informed as the work was being done. Quality work at a fair price. I have used Louis over several years. Always punctual and does great work!

Fourth time to use this company. They are always very professional and responsive. The quality of the work has always been exceptional.

I called them and asked for a quote. The answer is we don’t know how much will it cost. You are doing business and you don’t know your fees. Worst customer service ever .

None of the electrical connections of our house was working after the heavy hailstorm of the previous night. He fixed everything wrong within an hour and saved all our lives that day. He was very quick to diagnose the problem and very professional. Gary is a great electrician and craftsman. Gary just completed a lengthy project for me, and never once did I have to face any issues for him. He is definitely not the typical contractor that tries to rush through the job just to finish and get paid. I always knew that everything was getting done the way it should be and he truly cares how everything looks. We will certainly work with Gary again when we are ready for the next electrical work. I would without hesitation, refer him to clients, family, and friends.
