I had a fantastic experience with Caddell today - the owner and his stepson were very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They were also very patient while I had two other repair people coming through the house. This was my first house purchase, so I wanted to learn about the electrical grids, and I also wanted to have a number of dimmer switches swapped out for regular switches. They even recommended the exact specialty lightbulbs I should buy for my ceiling and recommended a great place to buy them online. Everything was done perfectly and for a very reasonable price. I will definitely call them in the future if I have any issues!

We had Pacific panel which may cause fire. Also, we can’t use any outlets from our kitchen or any high voltage consuming appliances. The breaker will be switched. They advised if the panel is changed, all the current issues should be taken care of. The technician arrived and did the work very good. Vince was very personable. Licensed MASTER electrician, second generation. This is NOT a handy man saying he can do electrical. With over 25 years in the business, this is your guy for the hard stuff and small stuff. Fair and reasonable pricing. He replaced my electrical panel and brought it up to code, which required moving it. He only had my electric off for several hours. He installed my security cameras and placed the plugs in the tight crawl space in my attic. On time, no surprises and cleans up after the work is done.

Recommended by a friend, I called Chapin Elec on a Friday afternoon and Obdulio arrived promptly the next morning. As nice as could be, he listened to what I wanted done, and how best to achieve those goals, and how to do so with regard to not only functionality and safety, but also aesthetics.He also went above and beyond my request to remove one of two shoddily-installed (by prior owner) exterior boxes by cleaning up and properly re-installing the original box (again with a more aesthetic result). He tested all connections I front of me and showed me how to safely use exterior boxes in light of wet weather.I highly recommend Obdulio/Chaplin Elec for friendly, informative, and prompt service. I will add that he spent some extra time with me afterward to answer my new-homeowner questions about generators, connectivity, and so on. Greatly appreciated.

Worst experience I have ever had with any one in the trade industry. Left my house in terrible condition, never completed the job, never showed up on time, created more problems than solved. They ruined my 100 year old original hardwood floors, drilled a hole in my ceiling on accident. Never cleaned up their mess (two days in a row) left nails every where, left parts everywhere. Business isn't even registered. Mike Day is not a licensed electrician with the state. All the reviews are fake. This is not acceptable. I do not recommend ever doing business with this company.

I called and they got an estimator out to my warehouse within a couple of days. We installed a complicated conveyer system for some storage racks and the electrical wiring had to be in all the right places for it to work properly. This electrician was patient as we worked through the plans and got everything set up. Great work and will use them again for any electrical needs in the Dallas area.
