They were on time, courteous, and professional. Rates were a little high ut in a metro-plex area, they are comparable to other contractors. Take my opinion with a grain of salt as I was involved in general contracting in California almost a decade ago, so inflation, and location have a big part of competitive pricing.

I was referred to Caddell Electric through Angie's List. The company received an abundance of positive reviews, which convinced me to request their services. The technician Mr. Steve R was very professional. He explained everything to me in a way that helped me to better understand the circumstances of my electrical wiring issues.Mr. Steve R was able to assess and resolve the issue in a timely fashion. The cost of services was reasonable and within my price range. I would/will definitely refer/use their services again if any problems should arise in the future.Much Thanks,A. Davis

Excellent work!! They installed my generator switch very quickly and gave me a tutorial on how to use it and even connected my generator to make sure it was working properly.

Peter has been out to my residence for two electrical issues and he has been great to work with and took care of everything quickly. I would definitely recommend him to someone looking for an honest and competent electrician.

These guys do solid work but they have an insane mark up on everything. If they have to cover that much warranty repair cost upfront it makes me worry about their call back rate.

Found this company thru Home Depot Pro referral. Had a new dedicated circuit added to electric panel. Had electric ran to backyard for gazebo fan and to storage shed with additional outlets. Louis was very professional and thorough from the initial quote to completion of the project. His Technician Raul was also professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again for any future projects. Have referred them to my friends and family as well. Job Well Done!

Customer service rs A+! We were installing a new furnace and were told that there was a short in a component because the breaker kept flipping. Referred us to Electricians of Dallas. Called the office and the owner, Vince Shapton called back within the hour. I explained the situation and he told me he was on the way but had a little more left to do on his current project. Less than 30 minutes later he texted to let me know he was in front of my house. He had an assistant with him and they diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes. He made some changes and asked me for the phone number to our HVAC repairman. Called him, explained what he found and told him what to do.. the whole time they were both professional and explained everything to us as they worked. After all that, we asked for an invoice and he said NO CHARGE…he made a diagnosis and he wouldn’t charge for that. He switched some things around on the panel but he wouldn’t charge us. We were impressed with his knowledge and INTEGRITY.. we will use him in the future and I highly recommend him for any electrical work you may need. Our call was last minute but he didn’t rush through but made sure we understood the details of what he was doing. I am offering this review because my husband and I felt comfortable with his skills before he refused to charge us. Please consider using his services the next ime you need electrical work. Both men were very courteous and extremely personable….actually enjoyed talking to them as much as w were dreading an additional expense. Thanks for your time.

Commercial Electric provided an outstanding job with a our older commercial strip mall. I was initially worried that they would take shortcuts and skimp on the details due to it being an older building, yet instead, they devoted time to pull off a neat and well done job that exceeded my hopes! Not only did their work impress me but so did their reasonable prices.

Unprofessional. Unreliable. Dishonest. I would not recommend using Mike or his team. He doesn't know what he's doing, never showed up on time and created more problems than we had in the first place.
