Before hiring EZ Fix, I failed an electrical inspection with the city of Dallas trying to get electricity into my other half of the warehouse. My warehouse is about 20 feet high and the space I needed to get the permit is about 20K sq. ft. I reached out and spoke with around 4 companies that I previously worked with and decided to try Thumbtack instead. I got in touch with EX Fix and they responded promptly inquiring about the job scope. Shortly after, I received my quote, which I knew was very competitive and lower than most companies in the industry. The thing that I liked the most was their professionalism and guarantee in their service and quality. I gave them the green light to start work and they came out the following couple days to fix, remove, and repair any issues that they saw around the warehouse. All the employees and the boss man himself were all very professional, responsive, and efficient. After all the work was completed, the boss man set up the appointment with the city for today and was on standby since this morning to make sure he meets and communicates directly with the inspector. A few minutes ago, I got the green tag from the city and can finally get electricity into the other half of the warehouse. EZ Fix has done an outstanding job of making sure all the electrical wiring and objects are compliant, clean, and organized. They really went above and beyond my expectations and the results tell the entire story. I recommend EZ Fix Electric to everyone, including business owners. I requested a quote online to have a light fixture rewired in my kitchen, since it was late in the afternoon I expected to get a response the next day, to my surprise, Nestor called me after hours around 6:30 andapologized for not getting back to me sooner. I explained what I wanted done and he gave me a quote that was 3 times cheaper than other quotes I had been given. His team showed up the next morning, did the work and was finished in less than an hour. They were extremely professional, efficient and cordial. You hear stories of how a quote is given and the cost is different once the workers show up, well that was not the case here, thanks. You will be the only electrician I will call when work is needed in the future.

This company is amazing! I will recommend them to everyone I know! They showed up within 30 minutes of calling them stayed all day and worked on our panel and got our electricity back up. I can’t stress enough how amazing this company is!!

One of the most unprofessional people I came across. We ordered some uprights and beams from them over a month ago. After they cashed the payment they change the estimated delivery time and added two weeks on top of it, and after all that they ended delivering after working hours and in the middle of the night, and to make things worst we ended up receiving the wrong uprights. When I called them they were defensive and tried to blame us luckily i had the messages saved and showed it to them so they promised to work the situation out but in few days they stopped responding or answering the phone.

Todd came out upon my request, my wife and I recently puchased a home and were concerned about some quotes we had received for updating the electrical system. We called Todd out for a second opinion and he was on time, honest, and transparent. I was initially quoted $12k worth of electrical updates by one of the electrical corporations around my home (meter, panel, shut offs, other work I can't remember, etc), Todd was able to explain why their quote included unnecessary work and hardware as well as quote the actually-needed work at a significantly lower price than was quoted by the corporation. He even took time out of his day to hear my plans for the electrical system in the future and gave me his recommendations as to how to complete these plans in the most effective way.
