Best Breaker Switch Replacement in Dallas TX

This was my first time using Mr. Electric and I will definitely be dialing their number if I need electrician services in the future. After booking my appointment, they sent a photo of the electrician that would be coming to my home, as well as a link to track when he would be arriving. Cody Martin was at my home within an hour of my call and he went above and beyond when it came to getting my doorbell installed in a timely and professional manner. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Mr. Electric for all of your electrical needs.

These guys were great! Fast response, very knowledgable, and great work!

Caddell Electric helped me troubleshoot and repair a damaged line running to an outdoor light and outlet. They also helped me place my new portable AC unit on a separate circuit so it would not affect my computer anymore. The initial estimate was close to $1000 but they worked with me to find another solution that cut the cost in half. They were professional, nice to work with, the pricing was straight-forward, and I believe they were reasonably priced considering the other electricians I had quote for the same work. Berry and Nadav were very fast and professional and a pleasure to deal with. They did an excellent and clean job installing an electrical wire from the basement panel to the dishwasher in the kitchen. I would recommend them to anybody looking for an honest electrician.

Had 3 other electricians in to have my panel replaced (panel was by the company which went out of business for their cheaper panels bursting into flames). Justin was the only person of the 4 to tell me that my panel did NOT, in fact, require replacement. Just for the honesty, I hired him for other upgrade work in the home. Integrity to a fault - thats what I can recommend for this company.

Customer service rs A+! We were installing a new furnace and were told that there was a short in a component because the breaker kept flipping. Referred us to Electricians of Dallas. Called the office and the owner, Vince Shapton called back within the hour. I explained the situation and he told me he was on the way but had a little more left to do on his current project. Less than 30 minutes later he texted to let me know he was in front of my house. He had an assistant with him and they diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes. He made some changes and asked me for the phone number to our HVAC repairman. Called him, explained what he found and told him what to do.. the whole time they were both professional and explained everything to us as they worked. After all that, we asked for an invoice and he said NO CHARGE…he made a diagnosis and he wouldn’t charge for that. He switched some things around on the panel but he wouldn’t charge us. We were impressed with his knowledge and INTEGRITY.. we will use him in the future and I highly recommend him for any electrical work you may need. Our call was last minute but he didn’t rush through but made sure we understood the details of what he was doing. I am offering this review because my husband and I felt comfortable with his skills before he refused to charge us. Please consider using his services the next ime you need electrical work. Both men were very courteous and extremely personable….actually enjoyed talking to them as much as w were dreading an additional expense. Thanks for your time.
