Best A/C Filter Replacement in Dallas TX

Electrician on Call has done many electrical repairs and modifications for us in recent years. This review is for our most recent service call (but they are all 5-stars). A design-and-build firm remodeled our primary residence but left several finishing touches undone… So, we called Dave to finish the job and gave him a long list of things that we wanted changed (sockets moved to accessible locations, dimmers, more outdoor outlets, remote controls for lamps, etc). He worked with us to find the most cost-efficient ways to make the changes and in the end charged us about 1/3 less than his original estimate.

My husband and I just purchased a home in Keller and had scheduled a fan replacement (ceilings are 18ft high), and a few other items and the guy canceled on us the day of. We were referred to Justin with 4G Electric and they got us in the next day. We have little ones and wanted these items done prior to move in and they went above and beyond! They installed our fan, put a new outlet on our back patio and replaced our microwave for us. Cannot brag enough on the amazing service. They were kind, on time and did a seamless job! HIGHLY recommend this company for your electrical needs!

Technician was professional and nice but i did not appreciate the pushy sales tactics. I spent 1- 1/2 hours with technician once he arrived to my home and in that time all he did was try to sell me high priced unnecessary repairs/work. I had my home inspected for sale and already knew that nothing was wrong with my electrical panel, and ground rod. The highest price repair discussed was 8,000$, to replace my electrical panel, and the 'need' for repairs continued from there. I had some of the work completed for free and by someone who is not an electrician. I felt taken advantage of and will never call Milestone Electric again. I feel sorry for the technician because he most likely works off commission and is expected to push high dollar, unnecessary repairs. I am a single, middle aged lady so Im sure that opened the door for the technician to push repairs. I needed 3 light fixtures changed out and 2 closets wired for lights and the lowest estimate I could get.....without becoming a 'member' was 2500$. Milestone Electric is a successful company so people are falling for these tactics.

After the first AC company come and replaced my entire unit. There several things they messed up. I called Walker and Air twice now and both times they were able to fix the issue quickly! Brian Rooker was my technician and he did a phenomenal job! I highly recommend!

I called this company to come out and fix my AC problem. I was losing refrigerant so they came out and, without diagnosing the leak, decided to put a leak sealant in my system. (Which wasn't recommended by A 1 Air) I was also charged for the service fee even though I got the issue resolved. They even charged me $55 to tighten a screw that was apparently loose on a part. If that doesn't say they're scammers idk what is. A couple days later it started getting hot again so I had to call them back out. This time the owner came out. He proceeded to tell me I had multiple leaks inside my unit. He recommended to replace the inside unit totaling $3k. I realized that I might have a warranty through another company so I decided to call them out.They came out and did a compression test to determine where EXACTLY the leak was. Come to find out there were NO leaks in the inside unit. He actually found the leak inside the outside unit. It was one hole that needed soldering. I called back A Anderson demanding a refund many times. They refused my request but they did come back out and solder the hole. The other company charged me $500, A Anderson charged me $600 all because I needed a solder job. A Anderson didn't even try to offer a refund or discount. I paid $1100 for a simple job all because of the incompetence of Anderson AC.

The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He explained every finding in detail and let me know estimates. I really appreciate the service I received today and I will be using this business in the future for my AC/Heating needs!
