True North Heating, Cooling & Electric, LLC Electrician
Matthew Piemonte was on time, polite, and explained our electrical problems clearly. He offered alternative solutions where possible. Everything was fixed promptly and the KMA trucks 'stock' every possible part for the servicemen. I was quite pleased with the results.

My Electric Works Electrician
Tyler came for an estimate and tried to help me lower the cost by giving different options. Since I have a big project they offer help to do some small extra jobs free of charge which I really appreciate.
Tim is an awesome electrician. He came to do the job and explained everything so I understand what he was doing for the wire. They also offer a very competitive price and take care of their customers. Great company! Great electricians! I saved their contact for future electrical needs and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Garber Electric Electrician
I signed the contract for a whole house backup generator on August 16, 2022. Every step of the process was more difficult than it needed to be. I had to call for updates as almost nothing was ever communicated to me. I had to pester them to schedule things. After much legwork on my part, the generator was finally installed in late February. As of this writing (May 25, 2023), my generator still does not work, even though it's been paid in full. The techs tested it, but every time we have an actual power outage, it does absolutely nothing. I work from home and the main idea behind getting the generator is that it would protect me from the occasional power outages that happen in the country. So, instead of actually being able to do my job, I have to call to have someone come out and that normally ends with promises that they will come back and fix it later because they cannot correct whatever is wrong with the generator this time. And then burn vacation time because I am physically incapable of doing my work. To say I am frustrated and disappointed is a massive understatement.
