Nice knowledgeable service tech. Work very professionally done. However, for the work done quite pricey from the consumer stand point. I had a hard time finding an electric company to do the work needed. Mr Electric was will and completed the job requested.

After a different HVAC company installed a new furnace in November they apparently failed to run the thermostat wires to the AC unit so that once the weather got warmer we’d be able to run our air. Brandon and Braden came out today and figured out all the problems, ran the correct wires and the AC unit is up and running blowing ice cold air! I couldn’t thank them enough, we definitely will continue to use True North and recommend them to others

James is always so wonderful to work with. He does an amazing job, is very friendly, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs any electrical work done.
