I just changed the rating after speaking with Eric. I felt at first sticker shock from an easy fix due to my own ineptitude of dealing with a breaker issue. I had an issue with billing and Eric rectified it to my satisfaction. I often search companies based on these ratings and my decision to go with safe electric in the end was worth it.They say they are not happy unless you are. They proved this was true.

John L came out to do a repair for a damaged meter box. In my opinion, he went the extra mile going above and beyond all expectations for this type of repair. Job was professionally done and John took the time to explain every aspect of the repair and call AEP essentially on my behalf when it was necessary. 10/10!

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

Walter Downey showed up for an emergency service, promptly and on time when our outlets burnt out and we were worried it'd cause a house fire. He stayed and fixed our outlets and made sure we understood the process, everything he was doing and made sure he reassured us that everything was all good to go and safe. Very quality work and very professional. Would highly reccomend him and KMA.
