Great company to use for your electrical needs. I was in a pinch and needed some outside electrical repair, Scott P. from Mr. Electric gave me options to remove, repair or replace the damaged materials/equipment. Having options is a good thing when it comes to spending hard earned money. I think Mr. Electric gets that.

I called a little before 6 pm and was told they it was after regular business hours. I was given a number to call the after hours person, Tyler, if I had an urgent. I talked to talked to Tyler about my outage problem in my Master Bedroom, dining area, and one bedroom. He convinced me, it wasn't an emergency and would be out there next morning. He had me plug and extension cord into one of the working outlets and along with a surge protector, I could get through the night.
Tyler arrived early the next morning as promised and found I had turned a couple of circuit breakers off. But I showed him an outlet that had been giving me problems and once Tyler started working on it lights started going out all over my condo. He fixed the outlet and asked if I had any other electrical problems. He found out I needed new fire detectors and could have replaced them during the same call.
The service call was $249 but I got $20 for using Angie's List. Their hours are only from 8 am to 4 pm. And the thing I didn't like was, I found insulation and small pieces of plastic under the outlet are he left. I have a cat and she will try to eat anything.

I couldn’t have asked for better service! Guys were professional and even had a trainee with then. I could hear the one tech through the window explaining everything to him and showing him what to do! I heard him tell his trainee that “he takes pride in his work cause his name is on it”!!! They were efficient, clean and the price was spot on with all other companies other than we got 10 year warranty and the others only offered 5 years for the same price!!! Great job KMA! I would absolutely recommend them!!!

Ed has been very helplul. Went above and beyond and explained everything he was doing. He found repairs from previous electrician that didn’t work on it properly. I would highly recommend Ed for all your electrical needs. He also gave me some great recommendations and tips on future electrical issues I have.

I called this company at 7am today to install 3 lights and by 10am this same morning they were in... I'm gonna use this company again. The guy was really nice, down to earth and the price was right.

The owners of this company ought to be ashamed of themselves. If you can’t work with immigrants [nb, they are clearly not First Nations themselves] then you have no place in this community or this country.

I signed the contract for a whole house backup generator on August 16, 2022. Every step of the process was more difficult than it needed to be. I had to call for updates as almost nothing was ever communicated to me. I had to pester them to schedule things. After much legwork on my part, the generator was finally installed in late February. As of this writing (May 25, 2023), my generator still does not work, even though it's been paid in full. The techs tested it, but every time we have an actual power outage, it does absolutely nothing. I work from home and the main idea behind getting the generator is that it would protect me from the occasional power outages that happen in the country. So, instead of actually being able to do my job, I have to call to have someone come out and that normally ends with promises that they will come back and fix it later because they cannot correct whatever is wrong with the generator this time. And then burn vacation time because I am physically incapable of doing my work. To say I am frustrated and disappointed is a massive understatement.
