Best Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter in Columbus OH

Safe Electric LLC Electrician
When I needed to have a circuit checked out for problems, I contacted Safe Electric because of the reviews. I was not disappointed. The first visit was with TJ who inspected the line, repaired several outlets and gave me an informative, non-pressure evaluation of my current electric panel that was 40 years old. After going over pricing options, I contacted Safe Electric and TJ to do the panel replacement. TJ, Eric and Brendon were the team who were at the house to replace the panel. The team were all professional, knowledgeable and practiced COVID safe repairs, wearing masks. The work took several days, the first day was to replace the panel and get everything wired back up. I also had to have additional outdoor upgrades, including an additional grounding bar. Finally, a new meter had to be installed. The team kept me informed every step of the way and even provided a generator on the last day to keep some essentials powered during the power outage.I would highly recommend Safe Electric for any electrical needs. They were reasonably priced, professional, and got the work done right.

Big City Electric Electrician
The review of Tim. S below mirrors my experience. Last year I had Big City Electric install my EV charger and it was a great experience. Fast forward to March and it stopped working. I called them to come out given that it was still under warranty. They stated that it was an issue with the charger itself. Tesla examined the charger cable and found no issues. I then had Big City Electric back out again and the issue was fixed. Now three months later, the EV charger has stopped working again. I have called them countless times; however, there is no way to leave a message. I have also emailed them and contacted them through their website with no response. Is Big City Electric still in business? I am hoping this review gets their attention. I shouldn't have to pay to hire another company when this is under warranty. I will also be contacting Tesla so that they can remove Big City Electric as a recommended installer.
