We had a fairly urgent issue that we needed and Bob answered my call on a Sunday and was able to be at our house before Monday at 8am. He explained what he needed to do and provided options. Needless to say, his info has been saved and we will use him for an electrical need moving forward!

I rarely write reviews but wanted to make sure that I did in this case for Waibel and Chris my electrician especially. We had a bad experience with a contractor that left us in a bad spot without a working kitchen light. Chris spent two days testing and correcting mistakes made by the contractor in my house. He is beyond professional and very good at what he does. Kept me informed the entire time and was adamant that everything was correct before he completed the job. Great experience and they will be the only company I use from now on!

Receptionist Hung up on me when i was calling in about a project i needed help with. We have a generator removal project we were looking to get a quote on and when you call in she greets you with a very scripted 'thank you for making it a brighter day here at Converse Electric' and before i could finish she told me 'no thanks' and hung up the phone. I will be calling Converse Electric's competitors to give them my business. First impressions say a lot. I am thankful they showed me how rude they are on the first call instead of learning the hard way.

I booked the appointment to install a new ceiling fan in our second bedroom with Tara via Phone. She is very professional and reply my questions promptly and right to the point. James is the professional who came and installed the ceiling fan. I enjoy the new fan very much. The whole process is perfect. James came on time and bring shoe/carpet cover to keep my floor clean. Thank you Tara and James for your help! You are the best!

Our parking lot was totally dark
So I called Roberts on Monday morning —- they sent out a service technician that afternoon ( who does that any more???)
And the job was completed the very next day — basically , within 24hours!!! You just don’t find efficiency and excellent service like this very often!
Why torture yourself and get aggravated —- just call Roberts
And deal with “professionals ”!

5/11/2020 drives have no respect for others. Cut us off twice driving up to 90 mph on I-270 nearing I-71 north Columbus. I see other comments about their drivers too. If they cannot be kind to others what makes one thing they would care about their service as well. I’ll go with Atlas Butler for all my HVAC needs. And a report will be filed with the Police as I have photos and licenses plate.

This company treat their workers like second class citizens. Seemed like a good deal at first but then they just turn on you without helping to resolve any issues and to be fired without any assistance or listen to what was really going on.

Was lied to about everything biggest joke ever are bill has been 60 more every month since we signed up

Awful awful company no details over the phone never showed proof of work and also they lied right to our face

I signed the contract for a whole house backup generator on August 16, 2022. Every step of the process was more difficult than it needed to be. I had to call for updates as almost nothing was ever communicated to me. I had to pester them to schedule things. After much legwork on my part, the generator was finally installed in late February. As of this writing (May 25, 2023), my generator still does not work, even though it's been paid in full. The techs tested it, but every time we have an actual power outage, it does absolutely nothing. I work from home and the main idea behind getting the generator is that it would protect me from the occasional power outages that happen in the country. So, instead of actually being able to do my job, I have to call to have someone come out and that normally ends with promises that they will come back and fix it later because they cannot correct whatever is wrong with the generator this time. And then burn vacation time because I am physically incapable of doing my work. To say I am frustrated and disappointed is a massive understatement.
