Best Exterior Lighting Installation in Columbus OH

I am very happy with the service I got! He came out the same day and fixed the problem and then a few days later I had a different issue and he came back out and fixed this problem as well. He is a very nice guy and explained a few things to me also! Very helpful and professional! I would definitely recommend this company!!!!!

We had a stand by home generator. Keith and his team explained what size we needed. He installed it, tested and hooked up the unit to our WiFi. I highly recommend KAP for your electric needs.

I called Bob for a quote to update our electric service for a new range we are installing. He personally answered the call and asked me details about my request. Bob had a quote to me within an hour, and even apologized for it taking that long. He completed the installation the following morning. What more can you ask for?

Their trucks are marked so at least I can call them out on their poor driving skills. Too busy texting a driving to care about the safety of the people around them.

They always do a good job for us and when something doesn't get finished or get finished properly, they fix it- and they are honest about it.

Called Ken for an estimate & he came out 2 days later & then gave me the estimate 3 days later. Scheduled the job for @ 3.5 weeks later. All good to this point.
The night before the job Ken called to ask if we can move the appointment as he didn't finish a job that day. No problem - scheduled it for 1 week later. Ken then No-showed for the job. Called him numerous times that day to find out if he was still coming or if there was an issue. None of my calls were answered & none were returned.
Wasted 5 weeks when I could have found someone else to do the job that they claimed they could do. Now I have to start over.

We had a wonderful experience. They were nice enough to give us additional advice when needed. They even went out of their way to do extra when it was necessary. I would recommend them.

Called and scheduled a tech to come work on multiple lights in a parking lot. I was told the tech would be there at 7:30am...at 9:30am I e-mailed for an update of where the tech was. I was told they would check and get back to me. At 2:45pm I called and cancelled the service call after receiving no communication from the office or the tech and had to leave the property for another appointment.

Bret from Mr. Handyman was great and took care of the install of the garbage disposal I had already purchased. Was on time, didn't make a mess, and took the time to make sure there were no leaks with the new unit. Was very polite and professional.

Sent multiple emails to this company with no response.
No longer interested in doing business with this company.
